Ommaroo Hotel Terms & Conditions of Booking

Please check availability for your preferred dates / times of travel on the Aurigny website.

The price you will pay will vary according to the room type booked and will include the cost of flights and accommodation.
Starting price includes a budget double, other room types are available.
Please include in the booking notes:
- your preferred dates & time of flights.
- names of all guests travelling in accordance with passport.
- any additional nights required – the hotel will then adjust the dates of your stay in the booking and send a payment link for the cost of the additional nights.
- If you would like to add an infant aged 3 or under to the booking please contact the hotel direct. A £15 cot and breakfast or £25 extra bed and breakfast charge will be added.
The hotel will aim to book flights within 24 hours of a booking with payment being received. In the unlikely event that a flight becomes unavailable, a guest has the choice of a full refund or to select an alternative flight time / date.
The lead guest’s mobile number and email address will be added to the flight booking for the purpose of receiving the flight confirmation and for any travel updates.
For any bookings within 48 hours of travel, please contact the hotel directly to ensure that the flights can be booked promptly.
This offer is non-refundable. In the event of disruption to flights, we will work with you to rebook flights and accommodation.
