Centrally located in the Ommaroo Hotel, our elegant high-ceilinged restaurant is light and contemporary. Our Chef’s locally sourced, carefully curated dishes are a true treat for your taste buds.

Serving breakfast and dinner seven days a week, and carveries on selected Sundays throughout the year, booking is highly recommended.

Opening Times

Breakfast - 7:30am - 10:00am until mid-October (then served in Coast Bar & Bistro).
Dinner - 6:30pm – 9.00pm for Half Board Guests and those choosing to dine from our set menu. 

Palmer’s Restaurant is open seasonally from April to mid-October annually.

Good food is a way of life in Jersey. The Island is blessed with an abundance of fresh seafood and excellent farm and field produce. We are proud to support our local suppliers, and many of our ingredients are Genuine Jersey Certified.

In the summer months, we run presentations with Chocadyllic, where guests can learn about the business and sample the products.
