1. All-year-round ocean swimming

Swimming in the sea throughout the year is one of my favourite things to do. Every season offers a different experience, from calm summer mornings to refreshing winter dips. It is a great way to feel connected to nature, and I always come away feeling energised and refreshed.

2. Trekking on the coastal footpaths

Jersey's coastal footpaths offer some of the most spectacular scenery on the Island. I love exploring the cliffs, hidden bays, and peaceful countryside while enjoying the fresh sea air. Every walk feels like a new adventure, with breathtaking views around every corner.

3. Running on the beaches

Running along Jersey's sandy beaches is both relaxing and rewarding. The sound of the waves, the open space, and the sea breeze make every run enjoyable. Whether the tide is in or out, the beaches provide the perfect setting to exercise while appreciating the Island's natural beauty.

4. Chasing the sunsets

Watching the sun set over the sea is one of the most magical experiences in Jersey. Every evening brings different colours and patterns across the sky, making each sunset unique. I enjoy finding different viewpoints around the Island to take in the peaceful atmosphere as the day comes to an end.

5. Simply being outdoors in nature

One of the things I love most about Jersey is that these activities allow me to spend time outdoors all year round. Whether I am swimming, hiking, running, or watching the sunset, I always feel grateful for the Island's incredible landscapes and the sense of peace they bring.
