MelodyMan brings the best selection of music just for you. We combine vocals, guitar and piano, playing a mixture of chilled or upbeat tracks from the '60s right through to today. We create a full band sound which honours the original compositions, while at the same time adding our own unique touch. We are passionate about music, and love to entertain, getting people singing, tapping their feet, and even dancing!

Ben Taylor
Benjamin is a Jersey-based music teacher at Redhouse Yamaha School and a guitarist for the function band Ruby Rouge.
When he’s not on stage with the band, he can be found performing solo sets around the Island at venues including the Ommaroo, Sundown, The Square, and The Lookout Café.
Ant Noel
A professional songwriter and performer of over 20 years, Jerseyman Ant Noel forged his career in the creative heartlands of Bristol & Somerset. Between 2010 and 2018, Ant released four solo albums, performing at festivals and venues across the Southwest, including several appearances for the BBC. In 2014, Musician Magazine picked Ant’s third album, The Water’s Line, as one of their standout releases.
In 2019, Ant began writing Midnight Joanna, an immersive show inspired by experiences hosting open mics and playing in pubs & piano bars. With a large ensemble of professional musicians & actors – supported by ArtHouse Jersey & Creative Island Partnership – Midnight Joanna premiered to three sell-out audiences at the Ommaroo in October 2024.
As a piano-vocalist, Ant has entertained audiences on cruise ships, in cabaret venues at festivals, and in countless bars and pubs across the UK. Don’t miss seeing Ant play these special solo performances at the Ommaroo Coast Bar!

Matt McManus
Matt McManus is one of Jersey's most prolific musicians, performing solo at venues and events across the Island, as well as in countless bands, most recently in top function band Little Black Dress. A hugely experienced performer on a number of instruments, Matt blends his skilful touch on the guitar with his soulful voice to create unique takes on songs from recent years and longer in the memory. His set blends blues, jazz, folk and pop, giving audiences an unforgettable evening of acoustic music.
Cheryl Balzan
I'm a very experienced musician and performer, originally from the island of Malta. I started playing guitar when I was eight years old, and from the age of seventeen played and sang in various pubs and clubs. I've played in many venues around Jersey. In 2022, I got to be a finalist on the 'X Factor' (Malta). I really love to play old time favourite classics, giving them a bit of an original twist.
